🍽️ THE BREAKDOWN

🕛 TIMELINE:

• 11:00-11:15 AM – Competitors set up (Don’t be late, or you’re just bringing us lunch)
• 11:30 AM–12:00 PM – Judges sample (Serious business, folks.)
• 12:00 PM–2:00 PM – Open sampling with tasting tickets
• 2:30 PM – Winners announced (Cue the bragging rights.)

💲 $20 to enter (cash only)
🍽️ Includes: Tasting Entry for you & a guest, chafing dish, sterno fuel, sample cups, spoons, etc.
🚒 ALL proceeds go to the Hill City Firefighters! (Good food for a great cause.)

👨‍⚖️ Judges: An esteemed panel of opinionated professionals.

✅ To qualify for judging, your dish must contain:
✔️ Starch (Noodles, taters, or something carb-y)
✔️ Protein (Meat or… tofu? You do you.)
✔️ Cream soup (It’s tradition.)
✔️ Vegetable (Hot Dish is healthy, right?)

🥇 Grand Champion: Chosen by the judges
🥈 People’s Choice: Determined by donation amounts in cans (the people will decide your fate).
