We are hiring a Taproom Manager to run both of our taprooms, Our OG Rapid City Taproom and the
Hill City Beer Garden.
This is a management job. The crew, the schedule, the standards, food trucks, and the numbers are
yours. You will pull a few hours behind the bar to support events and busy times. The rest of the week
you are running two taprooms, helping to coordinate events, orders and vendors, and doing admin.
Salaried, $50K+ depending on experience, plus bonus and tip potential. Paid vacation and holidays, SIMPLE IRA, dental, vision, and beer and merch discounts.
