This is a proper, no-nonsense West Coast Style IPA sitting at 6.8% abv. We dry-hopped this one with a heavy dose of Simcoe and Chinook, so expect those aggressive pine notes and that crisp, bitter citrus hit that you crave! It’s clean, it’s loud, and it pairs perfectly with hitting all your ramps. 🍺

Flying Circus Release
This is a Mimosa inspired Wheat Ale brewed in collaboration with Black Hills Balloons. We loaded this one with Cara Cara oranges straight from the family farm, plus Barbe Rouge, Cascade, and Bru-1 hops to nail those bright, red fruit and tropical hop notes. It is effervescent, fresh, and a pretty solid way to celebrate a decade of being local. 🍺

We are bringing the heat to the Rapid City taproom. The Black Hills Balloons crew is bringing a full balloon basket and burner for photo ops (yes, you can hop in). Plus we have Spearfish’s own Sivan Hoch regaling us with the funkiest of jams. Who knows, maybe a fire-dancer if the weather holds up and we also have some limited edition collab stickers available while they last. Hot damn.

Thursday, May 14: The Big Show 🎪

Doors open at 11:00 AM at both spots as we hit Day 4 of American Craft Beer Week and our 10 Year Anniversary. Today is a massive one. We’ve got a legendary collab returning, a complex foeder-aged sour, and live music from the one and only MoonCats!

🎪 The Main Event
Pickled Nordern Release 🥒
We teamed up with the rad crew from MoonCats to bring back this fan favorite named after a song from their vast repertoire . This is a 5.2% abv Dill Pickle Lager fermented with tangy pickles because it sounded good and tastes even better. It’s crisp, salty, and exactly what you want when the sun is out. 🍺
Drops Of Juniper Release 🌿
This is the refined side of the circus for you acid fans. Drops of Juniper is a Foeder Aged Sour that has been developing character in the wood. We hit it with Juniper berries, Honey, and Calamansi to layer botanical gin-like notes over a bright, citrusy acidity. It’s complex, dry, and a testament to what happens when you let beer sit in a giant wooden tank for a while. 🍺

We are turning the Rapid City barrel room into a temporary print shop tonight. Bring your own dark hoodies, flannels, tees and onesies and we’ll hit them with one of four different anniversary designs in light ink, all for five bucks.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Lord Grizzly Release
Lord Grizzly has been doing some serious heavy lifting around here for the last 10 years and it’s time we celebrate it like the strong man it is. We took our decorated Scotch Ale, and let it hibernate in Woodford Reserve Double Oak barrels. The result is a 10% abv monster that pulls the base beer’s layers of plum, fig, and molasses into a new dimension of charred oak and rich vanilla. It is smooth, complex, and hits with all the power you would expect from a beer with this kind of pedigree. 🍺

Live screen printing is back for Day 2 in the Rapid City barrel room. Bring us a dark hoodie, a canvas tote, or even a pair of vintage overalls if you want to look as cool as our brew crew, and we will hit it with one of our four anniversary designs while you sit and sip. Brewed in collaboration with the Black Hills Flyfishers, this is a French Style Pilsner dedicated to the preservation of Rapid Creek. Clocking in at 5.3% abv and dry hopped with Barbe Rouge and Aramis, it is crisp, floral, and refined. Grab a pint and help us keep our local waters pristine. 🍺

The day starts with boots in the mud and ends with fuzz-drenched riffs.

• 🧤 10:00 AM: Creek Cleanup. We are heading out to pull some junk. We have a prize for the “Most Random Item” found, so bring your finds (or, maybe just a picture) back to the taproom.
• 🕚 11:30 AM: Enviro-Midway Opens. We have a collection of local organizations on site that promote the conservation and preservation of the beautiful Black Hills. Buy them a beer and get involved!
• 🍱 1:00 PM: Savour Pinoy opens up for the afternoon crowd.
• 🎸 8:00 PM: Lost Cabin After Dark. Our series of music that trends louder, later, and stranger returns for the anniversary.
• Year of October (Nashville): Bringing dirty riffs and dark grooves all the way from Tennessee in a minivan to melt your face.
• False Surrender & Continuum: Bringing the local H E A V Y.
• The Vibe: Free, 21+, and exactly as loud as you hope it is.

Sunday, May 17: The Victory Lap 🎪
Doors open at 11:00 AM at the taprooms as we roll into the final day of American Craft Beer Week and our 10 Year Anniversary. We are finishing things off with the biggest beer of the week and a massive thank you to the community that got us to double digits.

RC Local Triple IPA Release
We teamed up with our friends and OG Rapid City craft beer pioneers at the Independent Ale House to bring back a beer that nobody asked for, but everyone needs. This is a ridiculously huge, borderline obnoxious Triple IPA sitting at a heavy 11.6% abv. Dry hopped with a massive blend of Mosaic, Wai-iti, Citra, and Columbus, it is loud, it is aggressive, and it is a proper tribute to the Rapid City craft scene. Respect the ABV on this one. 🍺

We are keeping the circus vibes alive for one more afternoon of food and community.
