Electric Taco Truck is officially back on tap and in the cooler at both locations.
If you haven’t had this one before, think of it as our salty-sour homage to Margaritas and sunshine. It’s a Gose – a traditional German-style sour – meaning we start with a base of Pilsner and Red Wheat to keep things bready and soft, then hit it with a heavy hand of citrus and sea salt and some lactobacillus to bring the acidity. It’s 5.2% of tart, zesty, “where are the chips and salsa?” energy.
🚫 No Jokes: It’s April Fool’s Day, but this beer is real, the cans are cold, and we aren’t announcing some fake “Ketchup-and-Mustard-flavored stout” just to mess with you, but I still wouldn’t believe anything Cyril has to say.
🐝 The Party: The Adult Spelling Bee finals kick off at 6 PM in the taproom! Come watch people try to spell “Effervescent” after two pints of Gose – or sign yourself up and compete for spelling bee glory.
🍗 The Food: CD’s Wings is parked in the lot at the Rapid City taproom to keep you fed.
⛰️ Hill City Update: We’re officially expanding our spring hours in the Beer Garden – Now open on Wednesdays!

Every Wednesday for the rest of the school year from 4 PM to 7 PM – if you have a school ID and a thousand-yard stare, enjoy Buy One Get One beers in the Garden.
