It is Day 5 of American Craft Beer Week, our Birthday-eve and we are bringing this fermentation party up one more notch! Behold: “Brinestone Cowboy” – fermented with a live culture brine and spiced up with peppers and pureed pickles. Pair that up with some of the pickles that didn’t quite make their way into the brew and some food from The Good Stuffed!!
