🍺 Double Release (yes, two)

We didn’t just bring back one beer for the holiday. We decided on two, because this is America damnit, and we can do what we want!

🐍 Palm Viper · Coconut Lime Kölsch · 5.7%

Our collab with the legends from Reptile Gardens, and the summer seasonal that you’ve been waiting for is finally BACK! A crisp, bready Kölsch with a whole coconut-and-lime thing going on. Translation: it’s built for a 90-degree afternoon on the deck. Easy to drink, easier to crush, and it does not stick around past summer. Get it while it’s slithering.

Named after the firework, and about as subtle. A hazy double IPA that goes business up front (creamy, big citrus) and party in the back (a pine-resin finish that lingers). We brew exactly one batch a year for the 4th. When she’s gone, she’s gone ’til next summer, so don’t be the person who slept on it.
