One of our favorite beers that has ever touched a barrel. We took our Black IPA recipe and threw it in bourbon barrels for 4 months to make this already complex, but balance beer more layered in flavor. The bourbon adds a vanilla/cherry note on top of the tropical fruits already present from the hops. Oak blends with roasted malts to lay down an earthy base. The flavors form like Voltron to bring you a massive bouquet and intricate flavor.
